Dr. Krida Uakridathikarn was invited to speak at the Health Region 11 workshop on clinical practice guidelines for male sexual health rehabilitation using Thai traditional and alternative medicine. The workshop was organized by the Surat Thani Provincial Public Health Office on 12–13 February 2026 in the Komen Room of the Diamond Plaza Hotel, Surat Thani.
Health Region 11 covers seven provinces of the upper South: Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phang Nga, Phuket, Ranong and Chumphon. The workshop therefore brought together public-health professionals from across the region to share approaches to men's sexual health that combine modern medicine with Thai traditional and alternative medicine.
On 12 February, Dr. Kris delivered the talk “Integrated Rehabilitation and Promotion of Men's Sexual Health in Surat Thani Province”, sharing practical experience of building an integrated men's sexual-health service in the province so that health facilities across the region could adapt it to their own settings.
Dr. Kris thanked all partners for their trust and for the opportunity to contribute, and expressed the hope that the workshop would be another important step in developing services that improve quality of life and sexual well-being for people in the region.
