Dr. Kris Clinic Joins the Preparation Meeting and Press Conference for Pride Surat Thani 2025

In May 2025, Dr. Krida Uakridathikarn, representing Dr. Kris Clinic, joined the preparation meeting and press conference for SURAT THANI PRIDE 2025 alongside the event's partner network, helping to prepare one of Surat Thani's most significant celebrations of pride in sexual and gender diversity.

The event being prepared was the SURAT THANI PRIDE 2025 parade, held on 7 June 2025 during Pride Month. According to Surat Thani Province and Surat Thani City Municipality, the event was a collaboration between the public sector, the private sector and civil society. The Deputy Governor of Surat Thani presided over the opening in the square in front of Wat Klang Kao, and the parade moved from the Surat Thani City Municipality office to the Naris Bridge area. Its aims were to promote access to appropriate health services for people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities, and to help reduce stigma and discrimination.

Taking part from the preparation stage reflects a principle at the core of Dr. Kris's care: love, relationships and sexuality are part of life, and good healthcare must rest on understanding, dignity and equality.
